Welcome to February! How are those resolutions going? Have they fallen behind?
When we put these goals together our energy was super high. We had a ton of optimistic energy! We had a vision! We knew what we wanted to do! Two weeks in we realized that maybe we bit off more than we could chew...and now? well, we still want to do those things but not quite sure how and the days just continue to pass by.
In this meet up we will discuss what got you to this point. What triggered the desire for these goals to begin with? Did you spend some quiet time and decide you were ready to start fresh? Did you do some re-evaluating?
Did you find yourself looking into what it would take to reach your goal or did you just see the beauty of the finish line?
To make lasting change we need to understand the cycles of change. What we are thinking and feeling that bring the need for change to the action level. The decision and the excitement of taking action! The fear of failure and inadequacy that often leads to giving up. The frustration, the depression and the low energy when we do give up. How do we get out of this never ending circle?
This is the beginning of a monthly series of understanding those cycles and how to move through them for success. For the next 4 months, I invite you to start your goal journey anew with new understanding and new insights and maybe a few tricks & tips to see you to your goal; whatever it may be.
