About the event
Going beyond the Chakras meets twice per month and is a group coaching event teaching energy awareness. Learn how energy helps to define our personalities? How we use it to push us to a goal, or how we react to unfortunate events? Take a deeper look at the 7 chakra levels and discover how we use them in our day to day lives. This is a practical approach to the anabolic and catabolic energies we all demonstrate every day. By learning about these energies you will be able to take a closer look at your thoughts and actions and how slight changes in perceptions and actions can impact not only ourselves but the world around you.
At the end of this 4 month interactive group coaching class you will be familiar with 7 levels of energies, how to recognize them in others and what thoughts and questions you can ask yourself to raise your energy in your career, your homelife and in your relationships.
Attendees will receive a Going Beyond The Chakras E-Packet full of great tools to keep for future use prior to the session.
